I love the sense of community we have within the team. There are things about working in ResLife that only your fellows can understand, and because of that, you end up truly bonding with your teammates. We study, dine, and even chill together in our community, and we provide each other with an invaluable support system when it comes to balancing school, work, and life.

What I enjoy the most about being part of Residential Life is working with the Program Advisors for Community Experience team to create programs and then seeing our ideas come to life! Seeing residents enjoying themselves in our programs is always super rewarding.

Being in ResLife has helped me develop my leadership and interpersonal skills. It gave me the confidence to approach and resolve difficult situations and to be adaptable to ever-changing situations.
